Secure and stabilize your hydration system almost anywhere using external attachment points.100% free of BPA and BPS.Holds your electronic media such as a digital camera or video equipment in a secure but convenient location.

An updated favorite for any terrain and all kinds of weather, the M.U.L.E.® NV keeps you hydrated while your back and gear stay dry. This narrow-gauge mountain biking pack has everything you need and nothing you don’t—and its compact design means that it won’t get in your way, even when it’s fully loaded.

The NV back panel is designed to hold the load away from your back for maximum ventilation, and the built-in rain cover pops up to shelter your gear from showers on the trail. It’s light enough to sit comfortably on your back, but large enough to store 3 liters of water and enough gear for a full day on the trail. We’ve also added clever compartments for stashing tools, keys and electronics.

PACK CLEANING
We recommend wiping your pack with a damp cloth to remove dirt. If the pack is extremely dirty and needs a deeper cleaning, soak it in cool or warm water with a very mild soap. Rinse the pack thoroughly with cool water. If soap residue remains in the fabric, it may create suds if exposed to water or sweat.

DO NOT wash your pack in a washing machine. Machine washing may damage the pack or affect the integrity of the fabric and fasteners, and will void the Got Your Bak™ Guarantee.

RESERVOIR CLEANING
The best way to care for your reservoir is to clean and dry it after every use, especially if you fill the reservoir with anything other than water. However, if a reservoir has not been cleaned after every use, and mold or discoloration develops:

1. Use hot water and a CamelBak Cleaning Tablet. Or use 2 tablespoons of baking soda or bleach instead of CamelBak Cleaning Tab. Mix the solution inside your reservoir and elevate the reservoir above the tube and Big Bite Valve. Pinch the bite valve, allowing the solution to flow into the drink tube and fill the bite valve.

2. Let the reservoir and cleaning solution sit in the reservoir and drink tube for about 30 minutes.

3. Wash the reservoir with hot water and mild soap. Be sure to completely rinse away the cleaning solution in the reservoir and drink tube before using again. You can also use CamelBak brushes from our Cleaning Kit to scrub your reservoir and drink tube. Brushes are the best way to ensure you are scrubbing all of the areas of the reservoir clean.

4. Once the reservoir is clean, be sure to air dry overnight so no moisture is trapped inside, which can cause mold to grow.

These steps will make your reservoir safe for use. If there are still spots left behind, these are permanent mold stains that may not be removable. However, your reservoir is still safe and usable after you’ve cleaned it.

        Comments about CamelBak M.U.L.E.® NV:

Hello I hope I can post the clear correct details about this product. Design and weight perfect bag size I don't like when it is full of water you can't put much things on it small things only... it is good quality but I don't like the way how to take the reservoir out and in... I would prefer if the reservoir build in the bag... I am sure who make a bag like this can create more practical idea.
Perfect fit on the back and very light weight...
        Comfortable.
I know it is hard to find a products that everyone satisfied with it but each person have his point of view. Hope my comments will help someone. Good luck

        Comments about CamelBak M.U.L.E.® NV:

This is my to go hydration pack for every occasion a good reason. Because it's awesome!! Very light and the NV technology is great keeps my back dryer than it would be with a normal Mule.
P.S. It would be really cool if we could design them with a custom colors option...

            Comments about CamelBak M.U.L.E.® NV:

This was a replacement for one of the original Mule "NV's". The new reservoir's are much easier to close and use. The quick connect is also nice.

But the NV "pod's' move the pack away from your back and slip around much more than my old style. I've tighten all the straps and it still wants to move around on desents. I'll be looking to replace it with something other than the newer NV version.

            Comments about CamelBak M.U.L.E.® NV:

I'm a fan of most of the features of the pack. Don't count on the back panel actually keeping your back cool...not so much. And the rain cover...it would really be nice if it would stay on. You can't put it around the top of the pack because the shoulder straps get in the way. The shoulder straps need to be dropped down a smidge so the rain cover has something to grab on to.

The NV is a great pack BUT

            Comments about CamelBak M.U.L.E.® NV:

The pack itself rocks I love the pack. I bought it to use hiking and biking for hydration and on that it falls flat on its face. I bought this and another bladder for my Gregory pack and they both leak and not just a little they leak a lot and are totally useless. I bought the pack at REI and they will take it back but I love the pack I just have to get another brand of water bladder for it, so this pack that expensive anyway now costs me more to make it fully useful. That is why im not recommending it to anyone.
