FAQ
How much Elixir drink does one tablet make?
One tablet self-mixes with 24 oz (.7L) of water. Use 4 tablets for a 100 ounce reservoir, 3 tablets for a 70 ounce reservoir, and 2 tablets for a 50 ounce reservoir.
Can I use Elixir in my CamelBak bottle?
Yes, the sugar-free formula rinses easily from bottles, too. We recommend using one tablet in a 25 oz (.75L) bottle, or half a tablet in a 16 oz (.5L) bottle. Because the tablet effervesces to mix with water, it is best to let the tablet finish mixing before placing the lid on your bottle. Elixir should not be stored in a bottle overnight as the effervescent material can remain active and cause the bottle to leak.
Does Elixir contain caffeine?
The Orange with Caffeine Elixir does contain caffeine and other ingredients to boost energy. Lemon-Lime and Berry Elixir do not contain caffeine or any other energy boosting ingredients.
Does Elixir contain sweeteners?
Elixir contains the sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame potassium. These sugar alternatives are recognized as safe by the U.S. Food and Drug administration (FDA). These ingredients help deliver the benefits of a sugar-free product, including containing very few calories (only 10 calories per serving) and are easy to clean since there is no sticky sugar residue left behind. Our products do not contain the sweetener aspartame, commonly known as NutraSweet®.
