PACK CLEANING
We recommend wiping your pack with a damp cloth to remove dirt. If the pack is extremely dirty and needs a deeper cleaning, soak it in cool or warm water with a very mild soap. Rinse the pack thoroughly with cool water. If soap residue remains in the fabric, it may create suds if exposed to water or sweat.

DO NOT wash your pack in a washing machine. Machine washing may damage the pack or affect the integrity of the fabric and fasteners, and will void the Got Your Bak™ Guarantee.

overall great bag. No molle attachments make it look more civilian than military which I appreciate.Fits everything I need and more. Shape of the bag makes it great for biking, I can look over my shoulder and have a clear field of view, not always the case with laden packs.Not sure how many spots you truly need to carry pistols but I guess you gunslingers have options. Wish I knew what some of these pockets were supposed to be for , and some could probably be eliminated. wont be changing my pack anytime soon. Thanks!

This pack is a good overall pack if you don't want to be looking semi-military sporting the molle strap system on the outside. I've used it everyday for the past 7 months. It holds all of my gear and equipment and has plenty of room to spare. Most of the compartments are not near the bottom of the pack which helps to better distribute the weight.

The pack is clearly designed to hold a variety of gear, equipment, and accessories. Which leads to my only criticism-the shoulder strap (and top strap). As I mentioned earlier, it holds everything extremely well. . . but, when utilizing all of the compartments, the pack becomes fairly heavy. The shoulder straps are thin and do not appear to be designed to hold a heavy pack and do not distribute the weight as well as thicker straps. I have a concern that the piece of material that joins the strap to the pack will tear under normal wear and tear conditions with medium loads, emphasis on medium loads as this is not designed to hold everything but the kitchen sink.

For future models I would suggest maybe adding molle webbing to the inside of the pack to increase its versatility and upgrade the shoulder strap system to carry heavier loads. A buddy has the 5.11 Rush 24 which is a similar sized pack. The shoulder straps on the Rush 24 distribute the weight much better. All in all though, a good pack.

Incredible bag!!! Excellent design. Very functional for business or pleasure. That said, I have one criticism -- a bag this size should have a 102 oz Omega reservoir. Also, the water line should be insulated. With these exceptions, I am very pleased.
